• Degree in a Food Science, Food Technology
• Completed at least second year modules Food technology/science or biotechnology with 65-70% aggregate mark
• South African citizen

These will be your responsibilities 

• Responsible for routine analytical and product quality tests.
• Lead base product collection from the production lines for development and pilot plant level Lead sample preparation for consumer research
• Lead sample preparation for sales listing of new product into stores Collaborate with product developers
• Manage courier requests Support maintenance of pilot plant in accordance with 5 S Manage seasoning functionality (Brookfield Testing)
• Conduct seasoning applications, ensuring in specification salt results are attained
•  Engage with external labs for sodium testing & microbiological testing Operation of packaging machine: - Film change - Sample coder Conduct following Laboratory tests : - Salt Analysis - Oil Analysis - Bulk Density Analysis - Particle Size Analysis - Moisture Analysis
